Cancellation Policy

I understand that to cancel my reservation I must do so at least a week before my event date, or I will incur a fee of $50. I agree to be fully responsible to cover the cost of repair or replacement for equipment damaged, soiled, or lost, according to their value indicated in the lease agreement. NO FOOD, DRINKS, CANDY, WET PAINT, SHOES, OR SHARP OBJECTS IN THE PLAY ZONE. Soft play packages are priced based on a 4 hour. Additional hours are available for $25 per extra hour. This does not include set up or pick up time.
