I understand that to cancel my reservation I must do so at least a week before my event date, or I will incur a fee of $50. I agree to be fully responsible to cover the cost of repair or replacement for equipment damaged, soiled, or lost, according to their value indicated on this form, or by a Tailored4Toddlers team member.
We will not set up an event if the area is muddy. If we show up and the area is not suitable for set up, we will charge you 1/2 the cost of your event. Please ensure all sprinkler systems are turned off two days prior to your event.
Jumper damage fee $200, Ball Pin damage fee $100, Caterpillar tunnel damage fee $200 and all other Soft Play package merchandise damage fee $80. Each package is priced based on rental for 4 hours. Additional hours are available for $25 per extra hour. This does not include set up or pick up time.
Inflatable screen damage fee $200, Popcorn Machine damage fee $200, Projector damage fee $150, Loveseat Recliner damage fee $100, Speaker damage fee $550, and projector stand damage fee $50 each. Each movie package is based on an overnight rental with evening drop off and next day pickup.
Jumbo connect 4 damage fee $200, Giant Jenga damage fee $100, Toddler rollercoaster damage fee $150, Table damage fee $60, chair damage fee $20.
Sanitization
All of our products are thoroughly cleaned before any renter receives them. We use Seventh Generation products to cleanse all of our merchandise because it does not leave a film/residue on the items and this product is not harmful to children.
Tailored4Toddlers is not liable for any allergic reactions the children may have due to the cleaning products being used on the toys.
Liability
Tailored4Toddlers is not liable for any child/adult getting hurt in any way during your rental period. We highly recommend placing our set up in a shaded area. When sitting in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, the equipment becomes extremely hot.
Traveling Fee
All parties within a 25-mile radius outside the city of Riverside are subject to an additional traveling fee of $50.00 fr Soft Play Packages and $100 for Theater Packages. Add on rentals incur a $1 per mile travel fee.
Cleaning Clause
No food, drinks, wet paint, sharp objects or shoes in the play zone. Please keep all items inside the play zone. A $100 cleaning deposit is required with every booking. If we find the following but not limited to these items: cake, candy, stickers or shoe marks inside the area we will keep the $100 deposit. All the balls must be inside the ball pit and the gate must be intact as well, in order to avoid the fee.
